Thanksgiving Feast

The Culinary Arts classes will be preparing a Thanksgiving Feast for KEC students and staff.  We will be preparing most items from scratch!  Each student lab team will be creating every part of the Thanksgiving meal.  The menu includes: Fried Turkey, Roasted Turkey, Traditional Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Brown Gravy, Cranberry Salad, Campbell's Green Bean Casserole, Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Corn, Bread with Honey Butter and Pumpkin Pie.
