Latin American Foods

This week the students are discovering ingredients and flavor blends from the Latin Americas.  They are exploring Mexico, Ecuador, Columbia, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Cuba and Jamaica.  They are finishing their week by participating and cooking with Taxco Restaurant for the Cinco de Mayo festival in Sycamore on Sunday!
