We are learning everything from how eggs are packaged and shipped to our restaurants and how to do basic egg cookery.  Second year students will be learning aolis and souffles while first year students will master omlettes and quiches.  On Friday, September 14th the students will open their kitchen to guests to come and order omlettes!
