We are studying everything from the history of milk consumption, dairy farming and then using a vairety of dairy items to create dishes.  Students will be creating Cream of Broccoli Soup, Panna Cotta, Caramel Pie, Shirkhand, Yogurt Cheese, Butter, Creme Fraiche, Whipped Cream, Creme Brulee, and Mac & Cheese.  We will finish the week with a cheese tasting.
