Catering Skills Showcase

The classes will be presenting their catering and culinary skills at the showcase night on April 19th.  They will be presenting live-action food stations.  Our first session will be presenting a pasta station, second session will be presenting passed hor d'ouerves and our third session will be presenting a gourmet doughnut station.  Destiny Johnson is our Skills USA competitor this year.  She will have a cake decoration demonstration and then will be raffling off the cake at the end of the night.
