Cake Decorating

If you have cakes you should have icing too!  And if you have icing you want to make sure it looks professional and exciting.  This week Culinary I students will learn the basic of how to decorate cakes with crumb coats, base coats, piping work and fondant.  Culinary II students will learn fillings, buttercreams and how to incorporate gourmet flavors into our basic cake recipes.
