Summer Seminars!

This summer I will be teaching two different seminars.  The first will be a pastry seminar.  We will cover Paste au Choux with French eclair filling and Danish Pastry Dough (laminated dough) for cinnamon twists.  This Baking Seminar will be held June 27 and the cost is $40. 
The second seminar will be a Farmer's Market Seminar held Thursday, July 26th.  We will meet at the DeKalb Farmer's Market where we will purchase a variety of products.  We will bring the products back to the KEC kitchens to prepare a dinner.  The cost is $50.00.
