Evening Catering

On Thursday, October 4th the KEC Classes have been hired to cater an event at Kishwaukee Community College for the Boy Scouts of America.  The Culinary Arts II students have developed a gourmet appetizer menu to be served.  Any Culinary Arts students who would like the hands on experience of serving this type of even will recieve extra credit points for each half and hour worked.
