Chocolate and Flavor Combinations

The Culinary I students successfully tried their hand at flavor combinations today.  Each team was given a Chocolate Quick Bread recipe with the instructions to add other flavors to compliment the bread.  Here are the combinations they created.  Every one of these was wonderful!  Dried Mixed Fruit, Dried Cranberries & Pecans; Butterscotch Chips, White Chocolate Chips with Milk Chocolate Bread; Celery Seed and Pecans; Orange Zest; Cranberry & Pecan; Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Walnuts; Fresh Coconut, Vanilla Sugar & Indonesian Cinnamon; Fresh Coconut & Pecans.  Great job, everyone!
